Our Story
New World Ventures was founded by professionals who had each, independently, experienced the complexity of the EB-5 immigration investment landscape — and recognized that investors and developers deserved better guidance than they were receiving.
Matthew Khalili and Gary Chahil brought together deep expertise across capital markets, real estate development, and immigration compliance to build a firm that could serve both sides of every EB-5 transaction with equal rigor and independence.
Over the years, we have facilitated more than $1 billion in EB-5 capital formation, delivered 400+ USCIS-ready business plans, and represented investors from over 25 countries — all while maintaining a 100% investor repayment track record that reflects our disciplined approach to project selection and due diligence.
